Four Galway Bay Rugby Players Selected for Connacht Underage Squads
Galway Bay Rugby is delighted to congratulate four of our players who have been selected for Connacht representative squads.
The club has three players named in the Connacht U19 Men’s squad and one player selected in the Connacht U17 Boys squad, a fantastic achievement for the players, their families, coaches and everyone involved in the club.
Connacht U19 Squad
- James Siva – St Joseph’s Patrician College
- John Brendan McDonnell – St Joseph’s Patrician College
- Dylan Curran – Coláiste Chroí Mhuire, Spiddal

Provincial selection is a significant step in any young player’s rugby journey. It rewards commitment, attitude and performance, while also giving players the chance to test themselves against the best young talent in the country.
